| Humboldt Wellness Center is proud to offer free learning opportunities and activities to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and the community. At Humboldt Wellness Center, we embrace a holistic approach to healing; we understand the role of body, mind and spirit in the path to better health. A wide variety of classes are provided free to the public including yoga, tai chi, art classes, Zumba, cooking and nutrition, tai chi, dance and much more. Humboldt Wellness Center is made possible with generous support from Humboldt Patient Resource Center, a medical cannabis dispensary located in downtown Arcata. Special thanks to founder Mariellen Jurkovich for her vision, passion, and commitment to improving the health of her patients. |
